Adam Sawyer is a very cheerful and caring man and, in my opinion, an excellent surgeon, no wonder he has so many positive reviews! I don’t normally give reviews, but I felt it was necessary this time because cosmetic surgery is not an easy decision to make. I had seen very few reviews on explant surgery, which was the reason it took me so long to decide. I can honestly say from the initial consultation I knew Adam was the right surgeon to carry out my surgery. He is very approachable, he listens to what you would like to achieve, for me it was to remove my implants and any scar tissue with no further surgery, I didn’t want to replace my implants or have a breast lift. Luckily for me Adam had a cancellation and within two weeks I had my implants removed exactly 17 years to the date they were put in! I had my surgery at the Adnova Clinic, in Fareham and my consultations at The Spire in Southampton, both clinics were easy for traveling & parking and everyone I dealt with were very efficient and attentive. The whole process from start to finish was seamless, my recovery time was quick and painless. I was back to exercising after two weeks and within 5 weeks back to normal. I just wish I had found Adam sooner!

I went to see Adam Sawyer for my first consultation and he immediatly made me feel welcome. He listened to me and explained all of my options to achieve the very best result. On the day of my procedure I was made very comfortable and put at ease by Adams lovely medical staff. Once I was prepped for surgery Adam came to see me and once again put my mind to rest and explained the procedure. When I woke up I was thougherly taken care of by the very professional medical team and Adam came and updated me on how well it had all gone and what to expect with my recovery over the next couple of weeks. I have just had my post op consultation and am very happy with what Adam has achieved for me.

I really cannot speak highly enough of Mr. Adam Sawyer. At our first meeting he immediately put me at ease and within minutes I knew he was the right surgeon for me. He has a calm and friendly manner and is very easy to talk to. He talked me through all of my options before I (along with him) decided the best procedure for me. On the day of the operation I was remarkably calm, mostly due to the fact I had complete and utter confidence in Adam's ability. I felt in very safe hands. The aftercare I received at Spire Hospital, Southampton was fantastic. All of the staff were friendly and professional. I also feel I must mention his admin staff, Claire and Rebecca . They are helpful and efficient and a great asset to his team. I am 9 weeks post op now and am absolutely delighted with the results. I think Adam is a man who takes extreme pride in his work and strives for perfection.
